Wallpaper magazine recognised The Hour Glass as Asia’s premier watch retailer in 2007 and in the following year, The Hour Glass emerged the winner of the 2008 Singapore Prestige Brand Award. In October 2010, L’Atelier – a watch heritage concept boutique by The Hour Glass garnered the ‘Best Retail Concept of the Year’ accolade, awarded by the Singapore Retailers Association. In the same year, Vanity Fair magazine named The Hour Glass as one of the twelve most influential retailers in the world.

In February 2011, The Hour Glass breaks new grounds with the opening of Malmaison. Spanning over 8,000 sqft over 2 storeys, the multi-category luxury boutique is a sanctuary for objects of authentic luxury housed in an elegant yet eclectic setting. Besides housing the finest timepieces of haute horology, a wide spectrum of refined objects d’art, jewellery and bespoke services including gentlemanly attire, fragrances and exclusive collectible literature are all part of the exceptional Malmaison experience.
