1. What payment methods do you accept?

MANSORS by The Hour Glass accepts payments in cash, online transfer, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay), WeChat Pay and Alipay.

 

2. What are the credit card instalment plans available?

Credit Card instalment plans are currently not available in New Zealand.

 

3. Am I eligible for a Tax-Free purchase?

Anyone that plans to travel overseas by plane is eligible for a tax-free purchase.
Kindly provide your travel itinerary to our Watch Specialist to request for a duty-free purchase. The purchased duty-free item(s) will then be delivered to the Airport Collection Point for you before your flight. The Collection Points are located right beyond the Customs and security at the Departure Terminal.
The Airport imposes a Collection Fee which is 8% of the total value, capped at NZ$300 excluding Goods and Services Tax (GST) and this fee will be charged at the time of purchase in our boutique.

4. Do you provide shipping outside of the countries The Hour Glass is present in?

As we operate within the geographic limits provisioned by our brand partners, we are regrettably unable to provide shipping outside of the countries we are present in. We would be delighted to invite you to visit any of our boutiques should you be visiting Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.
