Bourse de Commerce – Pinault Collection Opens in Paris
Last Saturday, the newly renovated Bourse de Commerce opened to the public. Once the home to the city’s commodities exchange, the Belle Epoque rotunda has undergone a transformation of an unprecedented scale. Placed within the rotunda, a nine-metre-tall cylindrical concrete maze like space, designed by Japanese Tadao Ando, and commissioned by businessman and founder of Kering Group (Girard-Perregaux, Ulysse Nardin and Gucci to name a few), to display his sizeable collection of contemporary art.
