1. What payment methods do you accept?

The Hour Glass Australia accepts payments in cash, online transfer, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay), WeChat Pay and Alipay.

 

2. What are the credit card instalment plans available?

Credit Card instalment plans are currently not available in Australia.

 

3. Am I eligible for a Tax-Free purchase?

International travellers (including Australians) are eligible to claim a GST (Goods and Services Tax) refund for goods bought in Australia that you can take on the plane or ship, dependant on a number of conditions. Please consult the Tourist Refund Scheme page or speak to one of our Watch Specialists at our boutiques, before making the decision to claim a refund.

 

4. Do you provide shipping outside of the countries The Hour Glass is present in?

As we operate within the geographic limits provisioned by our brand partners, we are regrettably unable to provide shipping outside of the countries we are present in. We would be delighted to invite you to visit any of our boutiques should you be visiting Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.
