Advancing Watch Culture
The Hour Glass’ fundamental mission as a specialist watch retailer is to advance watch culture by celebrating the patrimony and tradition of the watchmaking arts. As an organization that has devoted its entirety to this industry, we felt it was only appropriate that for our 40th anniversary, we pay tribute to this mission. And to do so by beginning a conversation on how watches and its makers intrinsically belong to the cultural milieu of contemporary art and design, providing a new point of departure for watchmaking.
