Bell & Ross BR03-92 Diver FULL LUM

Bell & Ross unveils the BR03-92 DIVER FULL LUM. Typically, Lume is applied sparingly on the hands, hour markers and occasionally on the bezel. Bell & Ross’ newest launch flips this notion on its head – decking out the whole dial in various shades of Superluminova.

While the dial is fully coated with a paint made of green Superluminova® C5 pigments, the metal applied, skeletonise indices and the bezel markings are filled with green Superluminova® C3. Resulting in a subtle contrast of different shades of green during the day, and an intense glowing beacon on the wrist, in the dark.

The FULL LUM – limited to 999 pieces – features a 42 mm matt black ceramic square case and matt black unidirectional rotating ceramic bezel with 60-minute scale. The FULL LUM also features a sapphire, anti-reflective dial and houses the automatic mechanical calibre BR-CAL.302 As you’d expect, it’s water-resistant to 300 metres.

Only watches that meet the requirements defined by international standard ISO 6425 can be labeled as diving watches. These official regulations set out very specific criteria and list a great number of fundamental technical characteristics. Those include water-resistance to a minimum depth of 100 meters; the presence of a unidirectional rotating bezel with a graduated minutes scale, an operation indicator and luminescent markers; legibility in the dark; anti-shock and anti-magnetic protection.

Completing the military inspired aesthetic, the FULL LUM comes on an ultra-resilient black synthetic canvas or a black rubber strap with a matching PVD pin buckle. Whilst rubber is typically the go-to in the water, the synthetic canvas strap has the added benefit of being quickly and ergonomically adjusted to wear over a wet-suit, thanks to a Velcro closure system.
