1. What credit card privileges do you have?

We offer various privileges for credit card holders including cashback, 0% interest rate instalment plans, gift vouchers, reward points and redemptions, and more. For more details, please consult a Watch Specialist at any of our boutiques or refer to your credit card’s Issuer Bank’s website on the banks’ policies.

 

2. Can I make a purchase from PMT The Hour Glass online?

All watches, parts, and accessories are sold exclusively at PMT The Hour Glass boutiques. We do not sell or process any transactions through our website or any other communication channels such as social media.

3. I have lost my guarantee card. How can I replace it?

Guarantee cards cannot be re-issued under any circumstances. However, should your watch require servicing, please contact the brand’s authorised service center or your nearest boutique for further assistance.

 

4. How much would it cost to service a watch (or accessory) and how long would it take?

The cost and time required depends on the condition of the watch (or accessory) and the type of servicing required. PMT The Hour Glass takes immense pride in being the official retailer for more than 30 of the world’s finest watch brands, and we can assure you that all watches (or accessories) will be examined only by the highly-skilled, trained Watch Technicians with technical know-how and equipment, and using only genuine parts, to ensure that each and every watch and accessory submitted for servicing meets our high functional and aesthetic specifications standard.

5. As a tourist, can I claim VAT refund? What is the process?

Yes. As a tourist, you are eligible for VAT (Value-Added Tax) refunds.

During your purchase, kindly present your passport to our Watch Specialists and they will assist to prepare the VAT Refund Application Form (P.P.10). Prior to your outbound flight at any of the Thailand International Airports (Suvarnabhumi, Don Mueang, Chiang Mai, Phuket, Hat Yai, U-Tapao, Krabi, Samui, Surat Thani, Chiang Rai), please present your purchases together with the VAT Refund Application Form to the Customs Office for processing.
