Moonphase Watches
A moonphase watch shows the current phase of the moon as you see it in the sky.
It is one of the most sought-after and wished-for complications for watch enthusiasts.
Featured here are some of the most sought-after watch models with a moon-phase indicator.
De Bethune DB28 Skybridge
The DB28 Skybridge is a classic and elegant timepiece. Inside the 45mm titanium case is De Bethune’s in-house DB 2105 movement, which has 236 parts in its construction, including twin barrels and 27 jewels supporting a six-day power reserve. The highlight of the watch is a raised arrow-shaped “spine” that draws the eye to the silvered hour and minute disc.
Patek Philippe 5940G
Originally launched in 2012 to celebrate Patek Philippe’s heritage in perpetual calendars, the new Patek Philippe 5940G features a black opaline dial. The unique cushion-shaped white gold case houses an extremely thin Calibre 240 Q movement (3.88mm thick) that powers the perpetual calendar and moon phase indicator. The timepiece is paired with a black alligator strap and shiny black prong buckle to match the dial.
