Hublot Celebrated Big Bang’s 10th Anniversary With A Private Party In Thailand
Hublot celebrated the 10th anniversary of the Big Bang collection with an exclusive fun-filled party unveiling Baselworld 2015 limited edition and welcomes football star Chappuis as its new brand ambassador in Thailand.
Swiss luxury watchmaker Hublot in cooperation with PMT The Hour Glass, Hublot’s sole authorised dealer in Thailand, organised Bangkok’s most exclusive “Hublot Private Party” to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Hublot’s Big Bang collection at Ku De Ta Bangkok, Sathorn Square Complex on 14 October.
The party attracted a huge turnout of A-list celebrities and film stars including Voravud and Nandhamalee Bhirombhakdi, Dr.Nathasedh Poonsapmanee, Nana Rybena Intachai, and Ravit Tuetvongse.
The distinguished guests had an exclusive chance of discovering the sophisticated timepieces originally on display at Baselworld 2015. On this occasion of the 10th anniversary of Big Bang, Hublot announced its cooperation with Thai Premier League’s club Suphanburi football club, and took the guests by surprise by naming its hot midfielder Charyl Chappuis as Hublot’s first brand ambassador in Thailand.

The company was also honoured to welcome Hublot’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Ricardo Guadalupe who flew in to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Big Bang collection and to announce Hublot’s official partnership contract with Suphanburi Football Club.”

Mr.Varawut Silpa-archa, president of Suphanburi FC, said: “First of all, I’d like to congratulate Hublot on the occasion of its 10th anniversary. I’m a long time fan of Hublot, and I’ve witnessed the brand’s phenomenal participant in sport world including the F1 racing and the leading European football leagues with the latest sponsorship deal with the Premier League title holders Chelsea. Our cooperation with Hublot is a pair of two different things – timepiece and football but I believe that we do share something in common. Hublot timepieces are made with varieties of materials including Magic Gold, ceramic composite, Carbon fiber and Titanium which are used in making the exquisite timepieces. Likewise, a football club also needs a variety of highly capable staff memberss. We need to have an experienced team manager, trainer, a good medical team, and a good team of football players, all cohabitating together, to name just a few.”
The party wowed the crowd with a showcase of special timepieces from limited-edition collections unveiled at Baselworld 2015. The watches were displayed in a special show. The fashion show drew loud cheers from spectators and guests.
The highlight was the moment that Hublot announced the Thai-Swiss midfielder Charyl Chappuis as new ambassador. With the appointment of Chappuis and the partnership with his football club, the brand emphasized its slogan “HUBLOT Loves Football”.
Chappuis shared his excitement as he has been named the first brand ambassador in Thailand: “Hublot is the brand that shares its passion with sports, and has been working with numbers of world’s leading icons – like of Pelé, Diego Maradona, José Mourinho, Falcao and also a good friend of mine, Xherdan Shaqiri. Myself and my Suphanburi football club are honored and proud to become part of the Hublot family and we are looking forward to working with Hublot in the years to come.”
Just before the night ended, the party went into full swing with a fun-filled and non-stop mini concert featuring Thailand’s R&B queen Sarunrat “Lydia” Visutthithada and Thailand’s very own king of hip hop Thaitanium.
