Breitling launches a new Bentley Limited Edition Premier wristwatch, titled the Breitling Premier Bentley Mulliner Limited Edition. Unsurprisingly, it takes quite a bit of inspiration from the colour-scheme of the new Bentley Continental GT Mulliner Convertible. The Imperial Blue inner bezel and sub-dials (30-minute counter & small-seconds) matches that of the body colour and dash. While the silvery-white dial and red running seconds hand, ‘Tachymeter’ inscription and centred 60-minute scale, matches that of the car’s upholstery and red cabin stitching, respectively.

Housing the 70-hour power-reserve COSC-Certified Breitling Manufacture Calibre 01, this watch is also water-resistant to 100 metres (10 bar) and comes on a matching blue alligator leather strap. Around the watch’s transparent sapphire case-back is an inscription that reads “MULLINER EDITION – BREITLING – ONE OF 1000”.

17 Year Long Collaboration

Breitling and Bentley Motors go back almost two decades. After a brief period of separation, Georges Kern brought the iconic partnership back, shortly after joining Breitling as CEO in 2017. Bentley has since featured prominently within the Premier collection – a sensible collaboration, seeing as the Bentley ‘aesthetic’ lends itself nicely to the sporty yet dressy Premier collection.
