Sinn’s Latest Watches Have Function at the Fore

German watchmaker Sinn extends its portfolio of functional tool watches with five new additions. From uniquely machined dial on the U50 DS, Sinn juxtaposes black with mother-of-pearl in the latest U1 S. And for the first time, Sinn introduces the T50, a reinvention of its most popular dive watch in three titanium iterations.

A Head-Turning U50 DS

Regarded as a collection of robust and precise tool watches by enthusiasts, the U50 series welcomes a new addition that features a high-quality intricate finish. The new U50 DS inherits the high-strength, seawater resistant German Submarine steel case and ratcheted rotating bezel paired with TEGIMENT technology for maximum scratch resistance. The irregular machined finish on the dial offers an exciting interplay of colours, and gives each watch its own unique identity without impairing readability. This exciting watch is a limited edition of 1000 pieces only.

Juxtaposing a high-quality Black Hard Coating with the natural luminosity from mother-of-pearl, the new U1 S Mother-of-Pearl S is a striking watch with a technical appeal. Made entirely of Sinn’s signature German Submarine steel, the non-magnetic watch with a certified diving depth of 1,000 metres can withstand the most physically exerting activities. The mother-of-pearl dial offers the perfect elegant backdrop, making this a watch suitable across a variety of occasions. Limited to 300 pieces worldwide.

Sinn T50 – Three New Dive Watches in Titanium

Sinn’s U50 collection has been the brand’s flagship line of dive watches since its launch in 2020. The new line of T50 watches from this latest release takes specifications of the popular U50 and presents them in titanium.

The T50 uncompromisingly embraces clear readability and measurability of time, thanks to a display that has been reduced to the essentials and strikingly large sword hands. Its high-strength titanium case and back have exceptional resistance to saltwater and is extremely robust. The scalloped bezel with 8 recesses uses a “press first, then turn” anti-twist mechanism to guard against unintentional bezel movement. Strengthened with TEGIMENT technology, the bezel has exceptional scratch resistance, while the Ar-Dehumidifying Technology ensures greater functional reliability and freedom from fogging.

The new line of Sinn T50 watches consist of three editions. Starting off is the classic T50 model made entirely of titanium, with a titanium bezel and black dial. Available on a full titanium bracelet or a silicon strap.

Given Sinn’s penchant for developing and using unconventional materials, the new T50 GDBR edition is yet another demonstration of the brand’s expertise in metallurgy. The two-tone watch features a distinct bezel made with a patent-pending new bronze alloy, referred to as Goldbronze 125. This new alloy will darken and patina over time, developing a distinct character that is unique to bronze, while the high 12.5% gold concentration improves skin compatibility and better corrosion resistance to seawater. The matte black dial sharply contrasts against the bezel and ensures legibility. Sinn offers the T50 GDBR on a choice of three straps: a solid titanium bracelet, a silicone strap, or on a textile strap.

Completing the trilogy, the T50 GoldBronze limited edition celebrates the launch of the collection. With a GoldBronze case, crown and bezel that is fully bead-blasted, the spirit of bronze extends to the dial. The irregular decorative polishing on the recalls the texture and colour of patinated bronze. Available exclusively on a textile strap, the Sinn T50 GoldBronze is a limited release of 300 pieces worldwide.
