Celebrity Chef Philippe Rochat Launches The Hublot Big Bang Black Caviar
Hublot and three Michelin star celebrity chef Philippe Rochat collaborated over a dinner hosted at the residence of Dr Henry Tay, Executive Chairman of The Hour Glass Ltd. These two ambassadors of Swiss culture came together for the launch of Hublot’s Big Bang Black Caviar Carat with a private preview for invited guests comprising of friends of Dr Tay and the Swiss Ambassador HE Jorg Al. Reding. A close personal friend of Mr. Jean-Claude Biver, Chief Executive Officer of Hublot, Philippe Rochat is based in Crissier, Lausanne and was rated as the best chef in Europe by the online magazine Slate
