Senior Digital Marketing Executive

About the opportunity

As Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you will work across The Hour Glass brand portfolio as well as The Hour Glass corporate branding to coordinate digital campaigns, prepare copies, review targeting lines and prospect new vendors in the digital space.

This role offers a privileged overview of digital marketing with retailers and a unique opportunity to work on inspiring digital campaigns in a sophisticated branded environment. You will see how we activate the brands online to drive traffic to boutiques and engage with our prospects and clients across all touchpoints.

You will join a dynamic, passionate team that shapes dozens of exciting projects every year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and follow-up on our various social campaigns with our agency (sourcing of assets, review copies, targeting lines…)
  • Assist in the review of SEM copies
  • Collaborate with the rest of the team to execute relevant online marketing initiatives supporting offline marketing initiatives
  • Track and measure the performance of each campaign; analyze results; prepare post-campaign reports and share insights with the relevant members of the team to develop optimization plans
  • Manage and maintain The Hour Glass owned media, especially our website
  • Stay abreast of the latest digital trends; identify new opportunities and prospect potential partners for us to create innovative and inspiring digital campaigns
  • Conduct competitor business analysis; identify best practices and share them with the team

Other responsibilities on an ad hoc basis (depending on the projects developed by the team.)

The type of candidate we are seeking

  • Diploma or University Degree in marketing, digital marketing or equivalent; Good academic record is a must
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar capacity with an international brand or with an agency is highly advantageous
  • Prior experience in the luxury or lifestyle industry is preferred
  • Proficient in web analytics and reporting tools
  • Familiar with digital technologies for marketing campaigns
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized with multitasking abilities
  • Passionate about the retail and luxury industries; Extra points for being a watch geek
  • Resourceful, energetic, positive attitude, adaptable and collaborative
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
