Celebrity Chef Philippe Rochat Launches The Hublot Big Bang Black Caviar

Hublot and three Michelin star celebrity chef Philippe Rochat collaborated over a dinner hosted at the residence of Dr Henry Tay, Executive Chairman of The Hour Glass Ltd. These two ambassadors of Swiss culture came together for the launch of Hublot’s Big Bang Black Caviar Carat with a private preview for invited guests comprising of friends of Dr Tay and the Swiss Ambassador HE Jorg Al. Reding.  A close personal friend of Mr. Jean-Claude Biver, Chief Executive Officer of Hublot, Philippe Rochat is based in Crissier, Lausanne and was rated as the best chef in Europe by the online magazine Slate

A breathtakingly stunning timepiece made from ceramic with 48 baguette diamonds weighing a total of 2.23 carats, the Big Bang Black Caviar Carat is a symphony of shades in black whilst the visible white tones of the diamonds shine in their harmonious alignment.  The vibrations which emanate from it fuses black elegance with brilliance.  It is made almost entirely from ceramic, considerd by many to be the ideal material for a watch; 30% lighter than steel, 100% scratch-proof, 100% anti-allergenic, 100% unalterable and rust-proof.  At 41 mm, it is equipped with the HUB1112 automatic movement.
